so i've been having a lot of sleeping problems lately.
can't fall asleep for more than an hour
like i went to bed last night at around 3 something and then i just tossed and turned
then i saw the twilight.... it's like 5 something... :(
and then i woke up at 8 something and 10 something in the morning
:((
i think it must be that i'm going to bed too late that the circadian cycle catches up with my sleeping pattern
i have to reset my sleeping pattern that's why i'm not going to lab today.
going to go workout earlier today and go to bed earlier today i'll say around 12 or 1
and hopefully i will fall asleep in minutes and have a non-disrupted sleep.
