It's the second day of school

And it's been a mess in harmony

Well... Not really a harmonic mess but more like a messy harmony

So first, I have been running around all over the place since Sunday...

Went shop for food and stuff Sunday night and the weight is... So heavy... My shoulders heart so much!!

My first day of school was smooth but crazy

I didn't really fall asleep Sunday night so I was able to get in class on time Monday

Chem 162 is awesome I mean the professor is so humorous and nice!

Philosophy 102 is a bit scary 

The professor is kinda serious... And i dun feel comfortable

It feels like I'm back to some high school classes

And amath 301 is fun but unfamiliar... The professor is a Chinese and she's nice

After my classes I walked by red square and found out the cherry blossom in the Quad! So pretty!

I was going to take some professional photos for my friend as well so I went back to my room and grab my whole camera bag and my tripod 

Heavy.... Shoulders are getting worse...

So I ended up taking a lot of photos of the cherry blossom! So happy!

Then my friend came and I got my flash out and start taking headshots

in suzzallo and on the quad!

I took like 500 photos in total...

But they said the photos look really professional and this is second time feeling touched... feeling great

like I can finally call myself a real photographer...;) approved!

sorry i have a really low self-esteem but i'll say my background makes me like that

and friend and i went shop for textbook! 

Tuesday was a huge mess!!

i totally woke up too late and ended up not taking a shower

or brush my teeth (ewww) but i ate two gums

but my breath still ended up really bad (ewwww again)

went to philosophy class and bioe class and amath all connected together...

after amath, i was like hell yeah finally got something to eat!

so went to broadway and help friend with some photos and had dinner there

and when i was back to dorm, i was so happy i reconnected with some of my friends sitting on the hallway talking about stuff... (well, i felt like reconnected... but not really contributing anything to the conversation so maybe not....?)

oh and i dropped my PHIL :P and added MATH 307 so my schedule looks like this

no class on thursday!!!!

can't wait for friday!!!!!!!

update

my philosophy classes are not in SAV 260 anymore

they're in MGH 389 the same room for AMATH class haha 

i'm so lucky!

earth hour

lights are off on the Space Needle

it looks so dark!

according to the news, it's going to be off from 8:30 pm to 9:30

i'm going to watch the lights turning on again at 9:30

haha i was watching the space needle for like 3 minutes
and it turned its lights on at around 9:29
so cool! :D

oh the top of the tower lighted up first!

magical moment of a day

8:30 am

when i walked through the hallway to brush my teeth and wash my face

preparing to go to bed

all the alarms went off 

it's just magical to walk through all the rooms with alarms!

i wonder will they ever be turned off!

i'm so glad i have been working on the photos and here are some new ones
these are taken about one month ago
i was in photography jogging with photography club
it's like those people with cameras in the movie, "Yes Man," jogging and taking photos
some flowers are blossoming and trees are sprouting
they're all sign of spring :D

2010 and the future

i miss 2010 it's such an unforgettable year for me

i turned 18, officially an adult

went clubbing for the first time

had my first surgery for my heart problem

went away from home to study in the US

and opened my heart to one of my friend

it's a life-changing year for me and i'm thankful for people who supported me

March... it's one quarter of 2011 already...
i've gained so much from this new world
but i've left so much behind me as well
one day... what i've left behind will become my burden and hunt me down

such a great day!

it's nice and sunny out there!
imma go hang around and take some photos!
though i know that means i will need to process more photos but it's spring break!
gonna go take photos of flowers which i've been observing for weeks
some in front of the applied physics building
and imma go check out the sakura in the Quad!

i wanna do a project

first of all i'm still up at 4:22 am
i should really go to bed asap

so i'm thinking of rating my emotion before i go to bed daily!

for general emotion
0 stands for extremely depressed
10 stands for extremely happy

for feeling of involvement
0 stands for extremely isolated
10 stands for beloved

for meaningfulness
0 for empty
10 for accomplishment

and i'll analyze it after some period of time
to see if there's any thing going on in my mind

spring break!?

finally i'm done with all the works!
i can finally relax!
and do things that i want to do during the spring break!

but my mood is still stuck at the hard-working school days...
i might need to take more time to adjust...
it's like i don't really feel, "hell yes it's spring break! i'm done with winter quarter"
but i feel like, "oh... did i just finish my chem final? is it spring break now? :S"

so haha... and good news is i nailed my schedule
sad thing is my classes start at 10:30 or 11:30 for spring quarter... i'll miss my 12:30 classes during my winter quarter :P
i can probably tell i'll suffer from AMATH 301 by now haha i haven't even started by spring quarter yet...
but anyway i just have to deal with it!
wasn't that how i went through all those physics??
wow that's some positive thoughts, good job :P

awake this morning at 5 am
and couldn't fall asleep
so thoughts ran through my head and then it was 6:30 am
my iphone rang

so i got off my bed
and wandered in my room wondering about should I go to bed and wake up at 7 instead?
but i didn't

and i went to take a shower
and brushed my teeth
and went back to my room

browsed through news update on the tsunami

so here i am! the very last day of the quarter!

going to have breakfast, the awesome farmers breakfast combo: pancakes covered with butter and honey, some scrambled eggs, bacons, and fried potato
then i'll have my physics final on 8:30
then chem final on 14:30
in between i'll have to study chem for a bit

as you can see from the picture the city was destroyed by tsunami

there it was, the houses and farms were all destroyed...

and this is my first time to see tsunami warning on the webpage of Taiwan's Central Weather Bureau

heartbreaking... pray for the people who are affected by this disaster

first of all i would like to thank my brother for being so attentive to me
he sent me a birthday gift on the day of my birthday!
and it's a lens cup! so cute i love it!

made me feel so bad for being so indifferent about his birthday gift which i believe is going to arrive sometime from March 10th to 15th D:

and i would like to thank my friends on 4th floor for going to dinner with me!
it was a lot of fun
we had Chinese food at Mee Sum on the Ave
and bubble tea at Oasis
Michael said it's like an Asian Food tour haha! i hadn't thought of that!

it's really bad to say this but i suddenly realize that there are so many people who do care about me
i would need to appreciate their accompany much more than i usually do!

i've been receiving blessings from march 6th (it's march 7th in taiwan already)
and many of them reconnect me with some of my old friends...

such a touching day! ;) although my march 7th just started two hours ago....

i want to thank Frances for arranging such a great night!
had Thai food and watched "The Kids are All Right" and ate cookie dough cake

i have to finish it before i go to bed
i'm going to have stomach ache @@ so bad....

what does it feel like to miss someone?

i know if i miss some place, some time, or some thing, i'll think about it all the time crazily

and always want to be there again

but... hmmm...

almost friday!

such a busy day and i got all works done :D
went to english class and have discussion,
then had my physics midterm, which went better than i expected (the question is easier much easier than i thought, there're even true and false questions),
and then went to photography club meeting, gave my fashion show photos to Tim
then went to lab, an easy one :D

gotta reward myself
having campbells beef with country vegetable soup and small chicken pesto salad ^3^

(i ate two energy bars today... i'll count one as my breakfast and one as my lunch :P)

i've just started my crazily busy week!
at monday morning 6 am, my registration for spring has started
for now i get AMATH 301, CHEM 162, and BIOEN 299 (intro to bioengineering)
it's 10 credits in total... i still need one more class that is at least 3 credits
i'm thinking of PHIL 102: modern moral problems, ART 140: basic photos, one of my friend suggested me to take ENGIN 100: intro to engineering
but PHIL 102 ran out of space, and there's some restriction for the other two classes so i'm not able to get in D:
and i submitted too many times, it won't let me try until march 7th D: WTF...

as usual went to food bank tonight
have chem midterm tomorrow
physics midterm thursday
photography club and chem lab after physics midterm
fashion show photos should be processed by thursday

i haven't go on flickr for such a long time :( i miss flickr!

oh and after my conversation with Frances last Saturday, I think I have changed in someway to the better of course
i have been talking more often, and i do feel much much better
i have been smiling a lot more which kinda scare the hell out of me!
and i've been more optimistic in some way

and i got a haircut today at the barbershop on the ave
it's the second time getting haircut there
