Try not to take nolnox as much as you can.
ReplyDeleteOnly half of the pill is necessary at one time. One whole pill is too much.
Once you take it, you should lay down as soon as you can and try not to do anything else, since it will knock you out very quick.

yeh i could definitely feel the effect of the pill. i don't really remember the entries i wrote on this blog. feel like drinking haha.
ReplyDeletei will never take it ever again. because so many people have complained about how it worsens GERD symptoms especially nausea.
So, the reason you want me not to take nolnox is because of the potential risk for stomached problem rather than other side effects?

yes, it can possibly cause GERD.
ReplyDeleteUnderstood. But, I rarely take it unless I have long distance biz trip or bad jet lag area, e.g. US. I will try to avoid it in the future.
