just went to the IMA
worked on my arm muscles and chest and some leg muscles.
there's not so much people as i had expected...
i saw some familiar faces haha.
i think i'll probably go to IMA on Sundays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. i'll call them gym days.
still have to figure out the muscle groups i should work on for each of the gym day though.
probably going to work on my whole body if i have time to rest between gym days?
or should i go every weekday and work on different part of my body just like what i did in summer?
