so i think my stomach kind of depend on PPI after weeks of medication.
so as soon as i stop taking PPI, rebound occurs... meaning that my stomach actually produce more stomach acid than usual.
and i think that was what happened few days ago.
i stopped taking PPI sometime last weekend and so my stomach start producing more acid
on wednesday night I had some energy drink which contains carbon dioxide and acid and caffeine which will stimulate acid production
then it's the acid reflux onset....
guess i have to start taking PPI again.
