At the gym now but feel like throwing up... I want to work out but my body refuses to.

New Year's Eve party tomorrow... Please feel better by then. Or else I wouldn't be able to enjoy the party.
Super desperate now.
My mind just want to give up on working out right now. There's this negative voice in me telling me,
"Jeez Daniel, just give up. Look at you. You're still so skinny even though you've been trying so hard."
It sounds very convincing to me right now.
Should I go home now? Or should I push myself and work out?
