post nasal drip

so i think some of my nausea are somehow linked to my sinusitis
i've always have problem with my nose
and post nasal drip causes nausea.

so i decide to get a nose wash thing and see if that helps with my miserable nausea.

    haha i couldn't find the pump thing. so instead, i got nasal spray. it's not working so well...
