i'm feeling better now...

anyways, i think a few things might help
1. try to sit in an upright position (like make your back completely erected instead of bent forward)
2. relax by breathing deeply (concentrate on breathing)
3. try some peppermint tea and fennel tea (i just ordered it on Amazon and the reviews are really really promising for those who have IBS)

and yeh hopefully that will make my gas problem a lot better.

  1. Mom asked doctor about why you felt nausea after exercise. He said you have 胃痙攣 after workout. It is probably the exercise too 激烈. He suggested you should drink some water and take rest for awhile. Don't eat food too soon.
    The major reason is your exercise is 再激烈,引起胃痙攣。

  2. oh and can you also ask him that whether it cause the urge to poop as well. because i did go to the bathroom more than once that day for poop.
