Friday was the 30th day of my workout log

so Friday was the 30th day of my workout day that was logged onto my workout log.
and from the very beginning 6/21,


core:
i can do 50 for upper back
45 for abdominal crunch
and 55 for lower back
arms:
i can do 55 for pectoral machine
45 for arm extension
40 for arm curl
40 for shoulder press
legs:
i can do 70 for abductor inner
80 for abductor outer
60 for leg extension
60 for leg curl
and 80 for leg press

and on the last days, 7/25-7/27,
core:

i can do 75 for upper back
65 for abdominal crunch
and 75 for lower back
arms:
i can do 75 for pectoral machine
70 for arm extension
55 for arm curl
45 for shoulder press
legs:
i can do 90 for abductor inner
100 for abductor outer
75 for leg extension
75 for leg curl
and 120 for leg press

large improvement on leg muscles but little improvement on arm muscles

anyway, i'm starting a new log 
and hopefully, i can improve even more in the last few weeks before i go back to Taiwan.
