neutral

i'm feeling extremely neutral now, plain neutral
like i'm neither happy nor sad... but in this case, little things can make me happy or sad quite dramatically...
a slightly pessimistic thought will totally turn me down... and a slightly optimistic thought will totally make me look forward to my future...

it's just that i have nothing to be happy or sad about...
i just sit in front of my computer stumbling... and eating cookies and drinking milk...
and for the sake of satisfaction, i read some physics...

oh i want to share something really really interesting with you!!
most of you go to bed at night and sleep for many hours and wake up right?
this is called the monophasic sleep, a sleep per day and several REM within each sleep cycle
but check polyphasic sleep out!!
in which you gotta sleep several times a day and most importantly, the total sleep time is reduced!!!
you guys might wanna try this out!

there're several levels
one's called the everyman sleep cycle
for everyman sleep cycle, you only have to sleep about 4 hours per day
consisting of 1 3-hours sleep and 3 20-minutes naps! each 5 hours apart!
and the most advanced level is called the uberman sleep cycle
for uberman sleep cycle, you only have to sleep 2 hours per day!!! crazy right!??
consisting of 6 20-minutes naps each 6 hours apart! (maybe you should check on my math... i'm not sure about the 6 hours part...)

that said, you can save 6 hours per day (subtracting 2 hours from 8 hours in a normal sleep), so 42 hours per week; 42 hours are almost 2 days!!

i really want to try this out and i spent hours to fit my future sleeping plan with my class schedule
but i might make my roommate a polyphasic sleeper as well so...
maybe i'll do this in the future?

check out more about polyphasic sleep here

oh and i'll be uploading new "old" photos this weekend.... (is that an oxymoron?)
damn when have i become so humorous...?

going to get prepared for bed!
have a great day or night guys!
