jet lag surprised me twice in two nights!

first night:
went to sleep very late... like 4 something am...
and woke up at 6:50 something
and woke up again at 8:50 something
lastly i woke up at 10:50 something and got off the couch

second night:
i went to sleep very early like 10 pm...
and woke up in the middle of the night
put pillow in the right place and just when i put my head on it
my phone rang!!!
it's 2:44 am
my friend Alan was calling and he invited me to go watch a football game with him today
