my Paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia (PSVT) broke out again as i walked down stairs angrily and kicked a stupid bag on the stairs
i measured the heart rate; it's about 240 bpm
and as usual, holding breath always stops it....
i really dunno what to do...
they say surgery, but i really want to prove the disease to my doctor
but it only works if the disease breaks out with measuring facilities nearby...
