another week...

it's been another week.
there're ups and downs.
everything's going pretty well.
ummm...
some major things happened throughout the week too.
but yeh. not as busy as weeks ago right now.
but will definitely be busier the coming weeks.

it's been another week since i updated my blog
things are going well.

to summarize the key points
it snowed last weekend
and i had so much fun! i made like a super huge snow ball and some strangers helped me to roll it to its final destination.
here are some photos for your reference.

anyway been busy with school
not so much for lab (the machine broke so i can't really do anything)

oh and i just finished developing the pictures i took during the snow day!
it'll be in the next posts!!

Wednesday

hey guys.
i had the worst face pain yesterday.
i couldn't even bend forward because the pressure in my nasal cavity was really bad.
i think i had acute sinusitis but now i'm better now.
my face still hurts a little bit.

and it's so cold here! below freezing all day. hope it snows so we will have day offs.

had my midterm today.
it's not that good. didn't have time to finish it and i feel like i did a bad job on it.
but everyone was like running out of time too so yehhh. we'll see
i submitted all my scholarship applications
and i received mails form grad school so i just went to the bank to get the deposit and mailed it at the post office.
i also turned in my immunization form at Hall Health.

I have been super productive these days.
done so much these three weekdays i feel like it's already Friday.
I finished fabricating a bunch... I MEAN A LOT of samples
and worked on my project too. my mentor successfully made the devices so yay!
the project is going well.
and studied with friends at the library nonstop every night. it's crazy.

went to a Superbowl party on Sunday with a friend and yay seahawks won!
but then people got a bit too crazy and started burning stuff in UW
it's so stupid... you don't have to burn stuff to celebrate. it's illegal and destructive...
it's like, "omg it just got accepted into grad school in UW" and then i proceed to the street and start burning stuff... NO IT DOESN'T WORK LIKE THIS GUYS!!!
i think it's just a part of human nature. we are all born to destroy.
so today there was a parade in Seattle and the traffic was a mess. my professor was like 30 min late to class. Thanks Seahawks.

wow sorry guys it's been more than a week since my last update

i've been pretty busy with scholarship application and lab

oh and good news guys! i've been accepted into the UW bioengineering BS/MS program!!
so another year of school after i graduate this spring.
can't wait to find a job and start working in a biotech company!

i only have one scholarship personal statement to write.
and it's not due until Feb 15th so i get plenty of time for that!

i'm being quite productive recently.
i do expect to get more busy with homework and school in the upcoming weeks
so yeh...

have a midterm next Wednesday.

and i have a bunch of lab works to do.
gotta fabricate a bunch A BUNCH of samples for someone's project.

and i'm sick again.... :(
sore throat and just feeling like throwing up... feeling so fatigue....

but life in general is going well. having a few ups and downs. but yeh i'll try to look at the bright side.

hey guys i just found a calendar thing on the ground.
it looked important and up to date
i feel like if the person did not have it back. she will be freaking out.
and fortunately she had her number on the thing
so i called her
and gave it back to her
she was so happy!!

i love helping people out especially when it is really important.

Long weekend filled with joy

My quarter has been going well I think 

So much less homework and tests

Like I don't really spend time doing reading and homework anymore it's weird

But I guess this quarter is mostly about projects and doing my capstone research project and applying for scholarship

This weekend was a four day weekend for me

Don't have class on Tuesday so yeh

Well I have to go to check on my cells on Tuesday

Don't quite remember what I did on Friday 

I partied on cap hill Saturday night alone

Had fun dancing and getting drunk haha

Went to a dinner party with my friend on Sunday

Relaxed on Monday

But I gotta say

Alcohol is something I love haha it makes me so happy

I know my limit

So I'm not like throwing up or having bad hangover

And I remember everything I did

I guess I'm quite the responsible drinker ;)

Anyway.

Everything's going pretty well

Of course there highs and lows but yeh

Sorry for lack of blog posts it's just that I don't have much to say I usually wait till there's enough to say then I'll post something 

Thursday

i've been doing well.

had my counseling session on Tuesday morning

it went well. felt good to talk to someone about my problems and ways to tackle them.

i've also been reading a self-help book and so far it's been really close to my heart!

went bar hopping last night alone and saw a few friends.
and i tried to fix the paper towel dispenser at the bathroom and i just couldn't figure it out cuz i was also drunk lol

got kind of drunk haha it's so much fun.

i've finished one of my scholarship app

three more to go.

four day weekend is coming up!! yay! so excited!

so glad i have my tuesdays off.
